B-schools are your first learning grounds before you step out into the real world outside. Hence, they have a rigourous curriculum that often puts a lot of pressure on the students.

B-school students often face a lot of heat due to the sheer number of courses that they have to learn and the stringent deadlines for projects, presentations, research papers, tests, and assignments. Here are few ideas on how to make through your B-school days:

Do not make comparisons
You must remember that you are not the only one going through this. It's okay to face some difficulties while adjusting to a new environment. But just remembering that these same issues are faced by all management student helps. It is often a case that we tend to make comparisons with our peers. Comparisons only demoralize us and lower our self-esteem. This also leads to negative competition. Whereas we should focus on outperforming ourselves- in other words, we should concentrate on doing better than our last performance.

Prepare a vision board
We all have dreams and having clear goals of what you want to attain always helps. A person can never get anywhere if he doesn't know where to reach. Someone with no vision is exactly like that. Preparing a vision board might seem like a waste of time, but it can help to refocus your attention and prevent you from getting drifted away from your goals. Paste those things which you want in your life five years from now and strive to achieve them.

Learn time management
Time is a scarce resource for B-school students and time management is an essential skill that would do you a lot of good even after you pass out of B-school. Drawing an outline for the day's tasks to be attained helps to plan out the day in an organized manner, and there will be more chances that we complete the tasks on time.

Become a Multitasker
Multitasking is an attribute that is now becoming a much-needed trait in today's rat race. Multitasking means doing more than one task at a time. Juggling some assignments, presentations while attending all the hectic lectures and making time for themselves requires multitasking.
However, some people are of the view that focusing on one task at a time instead of multitasking leads to more effective output.

De-stress
It's important to de-stress and take some time off for yourself. Take a break to play your favourite sport, go for a jog, allocate time to your hobbies. Like singing, dancing, painting, etc. De-stressing helps to make one more focused and refreshes the mind.

Use the internet to your aid

This kind of assistance can be availed when you're facing burnout and wish for quick solutions.
