The designs are developed taking into account each site's unique characteristics as well as the local council planning requirements. Having worked on the North Shore for many years we are very knowledgeable about the local council planning controls in areas such as Ku-ring-gai, Willoughby, Hornsby , Mosman, North Sydney. For example, Mosman and Willoughby councils have a strong focus on fitting in with the local context and protection of views and view sharing whilst Ku-ring-gai has a strong focus on maintaining the landscape setting. In addition to single residential homes, our directors have been involved in the property development industry for over 20 years, working with boutique residential developers constructing units and townhouses. Our award winning townhouse project in Narrabeen was a result of working closely with the developer and Warringah Council to achieve a truly inspiring development .
