How did we plan?
As Ranthambore Safari has considered as the best opportunity for spotting tigers in its natural habitat, so we all planned to travel on a weekend trip from Jaipur. I was eagerly waiting for an encounter with a big cat in its abode. On Saturday eve, we had left for a drive to Ranthambore by road which is approximately 190 kilometers away. The reason for choosing a journey by road was to enjoy every bit of our weekend holiday excursion and make it the most memorable one of life. On reaching the city, we have book our stay at the best Luxury Resort in Ranthambore – Maa Ashapura Farm. There we relax, refresh, and overnight stay in the bliss of nature and wildlife.
Thrilling experiences of tiger sighting:
Attempt 1: Morning Safari (Sunday) –
On the very first day, we left for our jungle safari and the zone was allotted by the team of forest department. When entering the reserve, we have a spot, birds, fox, wolf, and other wildlife species. Then our safari driver took all the turns and twists around the lakes and dense forests of Ranthambore, but we couldn’t spot a tiger. This is how it was a failure…
Attempt 2: Afternoon Safari (Sunday) –
We were in a hope of spotting the big wild cat in the reserve, but we have lost all our hopes when the safari comes to an end of our second attempt.
Attempt 3: Morning Safari (Day of departure- Monday)
The next morning, we were about to return back, but then someone at Ranthambore Resort suggests to take the last round of the jungle because it may bring that one moment of encounter. So, we all left for the morning jeep safari again, and after continuing for 2 hours of safari, all of us were greatly disappointed. Suddenly the safari driver takes another turn in a hope of tiger sighting and then this was a moment when one male tiger and one female tigress were spotted near the lake. And this was the moment that makes a victory for all of us.
Since, after failing in all the attempts, the surprising sight of Royal Bengal Tiger in Ranthambore Safari enthrall us the most. It eventually made our journey full of all the wondrous adventures and thrills.
On the third attempt, we realize “Hope is God”
